By selecting "Buy Now," "Purchase," "Secure Your Spot" or any other applicable term on the purchase button, entering payment details, completing a bank transfer, or otherwise enrolling, electronically, verbally, or by any means, you ("Client") agree to engage in programs, products, or services provided by Connie Chapman ("Coach"), representing Success Goddess ABN 14 338 459 559 ("Company"), and hereby enter into a binding agreement with the Company, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:
AGREEMENT TERMS.
Upon acceptance of this Agreement, whether electronically, verbally, or otherwise, the Coach agrees to provide services in line with the Divine Femme Program ("Program").
Services rendered by the Coach under this contract shall be limited to those explicitly outlined herein and/or detailed on the Coach's Website www.conniechapman.com, https://www.conniechapmancourses.com, as part of the Program.
The Coach reserves the right to offer alternative services of equal value or comparability to the Program should circumstances necessitate.
Client commits to being receptive, present, and ready to engage in the work outlined. Client acknowledges personal responsibility for their success and the execution of defined objectives.
Program content is intended for individual, non-commercial use. Client agrees not to share login credentials or Program materials with any third parties.
The Coach reserves the right to revoke Client access to the Program at any time, for any reason.

Please note: Program Live Calls may be subject to alteration throughout the program duration. Any changes to the live call schedule will be communicated to Clients in advance, except in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
Access
Upon enrolment in the Program the Client receives the following access:
Access to The Divine Femme Curriculum for the lifetime that the course exists
Access to The Divine Femme Live Calls for 6 months from Clients enrolment in program
Access to The Divine Femme Community for 6 months from Clients enrolment in program
Client will be notified of changes to access for Live Calls and Community 30 days from the expiry date
Client will be provided the opportunity to extend access to the Live Calls and Community for a set fee
If Client does not choose to extend access they will be removed from the Live Calls and Community by the Coach after 6 months
All Program content is hosted through the private Training Platform Kleq and is by invitation only for Program Participants
METHODOLOGY.
Client agrees to approach Coach's methodologies with an open mind and actively participate in proposed services. Client understands that Coach makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of coaching sessions or the Program. Coach reserves the right to adjust methods or Program components based on Client needs.
DISCLAIMERS.
By engaging in the Program, Client acknowledges that the Coach is not a medical professional, psychologist or therapist and Coach services do not replace the expertise of such professionals. Information provided in the Program is not a substitute for psychological counseling, therapy, or professional advice of any kind.
Any changes Client chooses to make to their medication, health or treatment protocols should be discussed with their primary healthcare provider and is not intended to, cannot, and should not be expected to be a substitute for professional advice and treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
The Programs do not replace any treatment plans or protocols for diagnosed illnesses or medical conditions. Client is advised to consult their doctor before making any health-related decisions during or as a result of participating in the Programs
The Coach may suggest products believed to benefit the Client, but such suggestions do not constitute endorsements or recommendations. Coach is not liable for any adverse effects resulting directly or indirectly from information or coaching provided.
Client may receive third-party recommendations for services such as marketing, photography, business, or health. Client acknowledges these as recommendations only, with Coach bearing no responsibility for services provided by third parties.
Testimonials or examples presented on Coach's website serve as illustrations of potential outcomes and do not guarantee specific results. Coach makes no representations regarding future outcomes derived from Program use.
PAYMENT AND FEES.
Upon agreement execution, Client commits to paying the full purchase amount.
If opting for a payment plan, Client agrees to adhere to the payment schedule specified on Coach's website or otherwise provided, based on the selected plan.
If opting for a payment plan, Client agrees to complete all payments in the agreed payment plan.
Client acknowledges the financial obligation to complete all payment plan installments as agreed.
All payment amounts are listed in AUD.
All Australian payments are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Credit Card Authorization (if applicable for payment plan): Both parties acknowledge Coach's right to charge the designated credit card or process bank transfers chosen by Client.
In case of payment plan default, Coach will automatically attempt payment in 5-7 days. Failure to process payments will result in the instalment being deemed 'Defaulted'.
If Client fails to reconcile a defaulted payment installment within 7 days of the original due date, Coach reserves the right to suspend Client participation until defaulted payments are settled and the account is in good standing.
Failure to pay within 21 days of the initial due date may result in program access suspension and termination of the agreement.
If Client defaults on payment and ceases communication or fails to arrange an alternative agreement within 40 days, the account may be forwarded to collections.
Deposit payments for early enrollment are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit payments automatically initiate the chosen enrollment plan and must be used for the next available program round.
REFUNDS, TRANSFERS AND WITHRAWALS.
All sales are final and no refunds are offered for withdrawal or a change of mind.
If Client chooses to pause or withdraw their participation in the Program, Client is required to complete all payments as agreed in the payment plan.
Enrolment in the Program cannot be transferred to another person or time to ensure Client commitment to the Program.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
All material, including but not limited to videos, call recordings, resource downloads, and templates available in the Program and within any program created by the Coach, are the property of the Coach. Accordingly, they are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Coach retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to materials created specifically for the Client as part of the Program.
Client receives a personal use license for Program content. This Agreement does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond those specified herein.
Client may not use any of the materials available in the Program or any teaching platform or in a manner that infringes any rights of the Coach or that has not been expressly authorised by the Coach.
Coach reserves the right to remove Client from the Program without refund in case of intellectual property policy violations.
RECORDING OF CALLS.
Client acknowledges that group coaching sessions and/or calls may be recorded for Client use only. Recorded sessions are accessible to other group members, Program Co-Coaches, and Company Team members.
RELEASE.
Client consents to recording participation in the Program. The Company may use Client achievements within the Program for promotional purposes on social media and online platforms, with Client details withheld unless explicit consent is provided.
Client waives rights to payment or consideration for Company use of written statements, images, audio, or video recordings. Client releases the Company from any claims arising from this authorization.
NON-DISPARAGEMENT.
The Parties agree to resolve disputes within the specified venue. Parties agree not to engage in conduct or communications disparaging the other Party. Client and associates shall refrain from making derogatory remarks or criticisms against the Coach, affiliates, or programs, directly or indirectly.
GOOD FAITH.
Both Parties represent acting in good faith throughout the negotiation, execution, performance, and termination of this Agreement.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES.
Information, education, and coaching provided under this Agreement are offered on an "as-is" basis, without warranties or representations, express or implied. Coach makes no guarantees regarding quality, performance, or specific outcomes.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
Client accepts all risks associated with Program participation. Coach is not liable for any damages resulting from Program use, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
GOVERNING LAW
You understand and agree:
The Terms and Conditions of this Agreement are governed and construed under the laws of Queensland.
Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT.
This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties.
